OBJECTIVES

To manage customer sales opportunities and drive traffic to the showroom. Strategizing customer interactions, setting appointments, and notating all records of communication contact/attempts.

JOB SUMMARY

Consistent phone outreach to sales opportunity customers. Overcoming objections and appointing customers to work with the sales team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Making 80-100 Outbound Phone calls to prospects
• Follow Harley-Davidson approved scripts for talking to customers via phone and internet chat
• Identifying Primary Purchasing Concerns
• Communicating clearly and asking specific questions to obtain information
• Transcribe all interactions with customers as well as attempted outreach
• Develop an understanding of motorcycles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features between models
• Respond to and follow up with all Sales Opportunities in a timely manner
• Communicating with Management Internally in order to inform the progress of potential customers.
• Project a positive image to customers at all times
• Stay up-to-date on our current inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase; new and used products.
• Use daily web-based programs, Customer Record Management program, & Microsoft Office tools such as Word & Excel

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Strong computer skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Attendance and Positive attitude
• Previous dealership sales experience a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in retail sales preferred

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
